superfood breakfast smoothie

My favorite kind of breakfast is super healthy, but also quick and easy to make. Try my superfood breakfast smoothie! It only takes 5 minutes or less to make and it’s just so damn good!

Ingredients

  • 3 stalks of celery

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. maqui powder

  • 1 tsp. maca powder

Method

  1. Wash the celery and carrot and cut them into approx. 3” pieces.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until very smooth. 

  3. Enjoy plain or try it with my sprouted granola and a drizzle of nut butter!
