dragon fruit smoothie bowl

Healthy fruity breakfast, that will only take 5 minutes to make!


  • 2 frozen bananas (peel before freezing)

  • 100g or 1 frozen dragon fruit (peel and cut into 1” cubes before freezing)

  • 1/4 cup plant milk or water

  • 1 tsp. wheat grass powder

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder

  • nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, ect. for topping

Serve with fresh fruit, oats or your favorite granola or try my sprouted granola.


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the fresh fruit and granola.
