RAW super seed crackers

Healthy, yummy, raw vegan crackers you can eat plain as a snack or combine with any of your favorite condiments.


  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 3 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds

  • ½ of a small onion chopped

  • pinch of sea salt

  • ½ cup of water


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the water and gently mix. Add the water, give it a quick stir and let soak for 1 minute.

  2. Using an offset spatula or a regular spatula, thinly spread out the mixture onto a dehydrator sheet/tray.

  3. Dry in the dehydrator at 100°F for 8-10 hours.

  4. Now you can break up the crackers into any desired size.

  5. Let the crackers cool, before placing them in a sealed container for storage.
